    All my co-workers were willing to teach me things I didn't know, and share jokes, merchandise shifts, share food.

    They will identify you in a position where yous have been taught a skill but not given a chance to practice the skill with supervision. If they see you lot lath a aeroplane in one case under supervision, they consider you know it, and will send you out by yourself to receive a plane at the gate, supervise the disembarkation, get all the paperwork gear up and lath all passengers for the next flight on that plane.
